Are these genuine Sinotruk parts?
We are an independent trading company in Jinan. We quote CNHTC genuine, reputable aftermarket and economy grades separately, and label the grade on every packing list. We are not a subsidiary of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group.
What is the minimum order?
No minimum for stocked consumables. One unit for vehicles. A mixed parts container usually starts around 3–5 CBM.
How does warranty work?
12 months or 30,000 km on parts, 12 months on vehicles, subject to correct installation and normal use. Send photos and the failed part number; replacements ship with the next consignment.
Can you supply right-hand drive?
Yes — cab, steering and instrument cluster can be built LHD or RHD. Several fleets in East Africa and South America run RHD units supplied through us.
